Initial Biosignature Modulation and One Hour Health Consultation – $200
This consultation includes a review of one’s entire health, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle status. It begins with a 150-question health questionnaire which you will complete and Dan will review before your first meeting.
At the meeting, your Biosignature will be taken and the information added to that gathered by the questionnaire. Dan will spend the remaining time going over your most pertinent health and fitness issues, a discussion which may be continued during additional consultations or periodic reassessments.
After the meeting, you will receive a supplement protocol from Dan which will address your individual needs and help you spot reduce any troublesome fat deposits. Please see the FAQs below for more information about Biosignature Modulation.
Consultation / Reassessment – $80 for a half-hour, $120 for an hour
Phone Consultation – $70 for ½ hour, $100 for an hour
While a face-to-face meeting is best, Dan understands that not everyone is in the DC area and able to meet in person. Therefore, he offers phone consultations that allow him to address many of your health and fitness issues without your having to travel to meet with one of our coaches.
These sessions can cover whatever you want: your personal workout and supplement program, general health, sleeping disorders, or difficulties you’ve had losing fat or putting on muscle, just to name a few potential topics.
Program Design – $150
A well-designed strength training workout is key to both fixing structural issues and enhancing physical performance. It’s the difference between remedying a structural imbalance and exacerbating it. It’s what makes the difference between wasting hours in the gym while your body plateaus and ensuring continued progress.
Dan offers customized workouts for all individuals, be they athletes looking to increase their vertical leap or running speed, or working mothers looking to correct chronic pain in their legs or back.
Please note, to ensure the effectiveness of the workouts Dan insists on assessing each trainee in person at least once before writing a program for him or her. He also recommends a one-hour session for each workout he designs to instruct the trainee on the proper performance of the included lifts.
For optimal results, a new program should be written approximately once per month.
Individual Supervised Workout or Structural Balance Assessment (60 minutes) – $120
For clients who want supervised workouts to ensure proper form and immediate resolution of any issues that come up, Dan offers individual personal training sessions. Dan teaches while he trains, so the client will learn the science of proper exercise in addition to getting a supremely effective workout.
Dan also performs structural balance assessments of the upper and lower body, which facilitates designing a program to correct any imbalances. See below for more information about Structural Balance.
