Package Programs

For the clients who want every aspect of their health and fitness regimen improved and monitored for maximum effect, Dan offers the following package deals. As with other Optimal Fitness services, the training and consultation is tailored to the individual needs of the client.

These packages can work for homemakers looking to transform their bodies, corporate executive trying to get into the best shape for their lives as well as athletes looking to use improved strength, conditioning and body composition to take their performance to the next level.

Both packages come with phone concierge coach service — you will have Dan’s cell phone and permission to call for any issue that comes up. Due to his time constraints, Dan has very few of these slots available. They will be given out on a first come, first serve basis.

All packages require 12 week commitments.

Gold Package

You start with a Full Biosignature Analysis, Health Assessment, and Structural Balance Assessment. Once complete, Dan will construct an individual nutritional and supplement program for you, as well as design your strength training and conditioning program. You will then work out with Dan four times per week as he monitors your progress, teaches you proper exercise technique and principles, and coaches you on your lifestyle and health issues, updating your protocols as necessary.

Silver Package

For those trainees who prefer to work out on their own, this package carries all the features of the gold package with the exception of the personal training sessions. Silver Clients receive the same initial services as the Gold Clients, but rather than receiving four workouts per week, Silver Clients receive a weekly, hour-long coaching session so that Dan can monitor your Biosignature and continue coaching you on your health issues.

When Dan designs a new program for you, your next coaching session will be in the gym, where Dan will instruct you on the exercises to be performed in your new program.

Is the Gold Package available with fewer workouts per week?

It is really best if you can commit to four workouts per week. This ensures that your body transformation or athletic development is accomplished as fast as possible.

Why is there a 12 week commitment?

Dan prefers a 12 week commitment for two reasons: 1. This is how long it often takes to correct a structural balance issue. 2. As issues come up with your fat loss and muscle development, changes in your program need to be made to ensure your continued progress. To ensure that you achieve the desired results, it is best to give the program 12 weeks to achieve the best results.

When are most of the workouts and coaching sessions?

The bulk of the workouts will be scheduled during the week. Initial meetings may be held on the weekends.

What if I can’t make it to a session?

You and Dan will reschedule the session at a time of mutual convenience.
